Having worked in the real estate industry since 2014, Jordan offers hands-on, customized support to his clients. Buyers and sellers always have a direct line to Jordan. His boutique practice is supported by a seasoned full-time marketing and transaction coordinator as well as all the benefits provided by the Jameson Sotheby's International Realty brand. Jordan spent years working under two top producing agents and learned this business from the best of the best. He leverages his knowledge and experience in the industry to support and advise clients. Jordan's mission is to help his clients reach their buying, selling, and/or renting goals no matter the price point or area.
Starting as a licensed Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) with Sudler Property Management, he managed 200+ unit condominium associations in the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods. His duties included developing annual budgets ($2.8M+), overseeing reserve study planning, and managing the vendor bidding and contract negotiation process. Jordan completed over a million dollars of capital improvement projects including: roof preventative maintenance (PM), driveway/membrane replacement, riser replacement, window replacement, boiler PM, and tuckpointing to name a few. He has also worked to develop a request for proposals on elevator PM as well as an elevator modernization contract. Jordan's property management experience gives his clients an advantage when buying or selling a condo or co-op apartment.
Environmental sustainability is one of Jordan's core values, and he instills that value in his real estate business. He offers clients the option to either tour properties by bicycle or with his electric car (Tesla Model Y).
Jordan is also the elected board treasurer for his condominium association. He believes examining the association is of equal importance as the unit. An alumnus of The University of the South in Sewanee, TN, Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with minors in political science and religion. He began his professional career working as a project manager for a $1.2 million mixed-methods psychological research study with 3,000 quantitative and 200 qualitative participants. He knows the importance of data analysis and brings this knowledge to his real estate business. Jordan is an active member of Buena Park Neighbors and the Chicago Market Co-Op. He also supports Tomato Mountain Farm CSA and Collective Resources, Inc.
